Author’s who submit manuscripts to JLAHS are required to hand over copyright ownership to JLAHS. This can be done by signing the Author’s Consent Form which is sent to author’s once their manuscript is submitted.
If the manuscript is rejected, then the copyright automatically transfers back to the author’s.
